Cesar is involved in a variety of litigation cases, and represents banks and insurance companies in their collection matters, whether through court proceedings or amicable settlements. He also drafts agreements, incorporates companies and follows up on the daily operations of their businesses.
Prior to joining Aziz Torbey Law Firm, Cesar participated in the 2013 Summer Program on Private International Law offered by the Hague Academy of International Law and attended an intensive training about Oil & Gas Industry Contracts. In addition, he interned at the Lebanese State Council where he acquired an in-depth knowledge in administrative law and expropriation matters.
