Christiane specializes in corporate law, banking law, and sports & entertainment law. Indeed, she is experienced in the incorporation and relocation of all kinds of companies (including pharmaceutical companies) as well as the incorporation of sports and entertainment associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). She also handles the daily operations of businesses, associations and NGOs, drafts contracts and provides legal opinions regarding varied corporate and tax matters.
Furthermore, Christiane works in the banking practice. Her transactional experience includes several acquisitions where she was involved in the due diligence phases and the drafting of transaction agreements.
Moreover, Christiane works on civil, criminal and personal statutes cases, and represent clients before Lebanese Courts.
Christiane authored articles about Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and various other topics. She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2013.
