Rania primarily advises local and international clients in their day-to-day business operations, drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kind of legal documents and agreements related thereto, and providing strategic legal advice regarding different legal matters. She is also involved in a number of commercial and civil litigation cases, and she represents clients before Lebanese courts.
Prior to joining Eptalex-Aziz Torbey Law Firm, Rania practiced law for several years at two reputable Lebanese law firms where she acquired a wide experience in various legal practice areas, and was involved in major projects and transactions. Rania also worked as an in-house lawyer for an international company that manufactures and distributes household and office products.
Furthermore, Rania has participated in several trainings and workshops covering different legal fields such as mediation, oil and gas law, FATCA, FIDIC contracts, and other.
Rania is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2013.
