Samantha Bradshaw uses her experience in the United States and throughout the MENA region to develop strategies for companies looking to embark on international ventures or in cross-border expansions. She is also formally trained as a mediator.
Prior to joining Aziz Torbey Law Firm, Samantha advised technology startups, real estate start-ups and companies in the healthcare sector based or operating in the MENA region. She brings with her extensive contract knowledge on a variety of agreements such as distribution agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, services agreements, management agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, non-disclosures agreements, memorandums of understanding and letters of intent. Before moving to Lebanon to pursue a career, she also dabbled in criminal defense and non-profits, taking part in multiple pro-bono clinics and travelling North Carolina giving presentations on the rights of undocumented minor immigrants and teen parents.
She joined the Virginia State Bar in 2013 and is waiting to take her oath for the United States Virgin Islands Bar.
