Litigation, Corporate & Tax Planning.
Cesar handles a wide range of litigation cases, primarily representing banks and insurance companies in collection matters. He employs both litigation and amicable settlements to recover past due payments and collateral from defaulted loans. Cesar constantly looks for updates in the law and new strategies in corporate planning to use for each matter he oversees. He also drafts agreements, incorporates companies and follows up on the daily operations of their businesses.
Cesar participated in the 2013 Summer Program on Private International Law offered by the Hague Academy of International Law and attended an intensive training on oil & gas industry contracts. He also interned at the Lebanese State Council acquiring in-depth knowledge on administrative law and expropriation.
He joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2015.
