Christiane handles files for corporate, banking, and real estate issues. She represents landowners trying to enforce updated rental laws in court. Her meticulous eye is especially helpful in drafting contracts and legal opinions on corporate and tax matters and she’s been involved in several due diligences for M&A projects.
Christiane enjoys interacting with the business people of the companies she represents and actively listens to their concerns to try to address day to day maintenance issues in the management and governance of any Lebanese entity. In addition to her academic publications, Christiane regularly writes articles for various magazines and journals about mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other topics.
She joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2013.
