Claudia’s business acumen developed across various industries to become an indispensable asset to the international SME’s she advises in both local and international development.
Claudia seeks and shares legal knowledge with both the legal community and the business community about corporate structure, best practices in development, intellectual property and international banking regulations. She was also certified as a mediator in Italy and went on to serve as a mediator in over 500 b2b and b2c hearings concerning consumer law and long term commercial contracts in telecommunication disputes.
Continuing her previous experience supporting industrial and commercial companies with implementing business partnerships in France, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Georgia, Claudia now advises business throughout the Middle East on their expansion and growth. She is regularly involved in conferences throughout MENA and Europe. Recently, she gave a lecture at Bocconi University titled “Blockchain Mark and Copyright Protection”. Claudia is also a member of the Italian Delegation of the Centre de Médiation de l’Europe, de la Méditerranée et du Moyen-Orient, which is represented in Lebanon.
Claudia passed the Italian bar exam in 2012 and joined the Rome Bar Association in 2015.
