Experience
Rania’s quick and sharp focus is crucial to advising local and international clients in their day-to-day business operations, drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kind of legal documents and agreements related. She is also involved in a number of civil litigation cases before Lebanese courts and continues to participate in workshops for areas that may be of concern to her clients like mediation, oil and gas law, FATCA, FIDIC contracts among others.
Rania uses her significant experience from previous reputable law firms in creating distribution agreements, intellectual property protection, and internal corporate regulations to help our international clients expand and grow in the Lebanese market and abroad while protecting that which makes them unique and profitable in the first place. As a former in-house lawyer for an international company that manufactures and distributes household and office products, Rania can thoroughly understand the complexities that business owners face today.
Rania joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2013.
