Experience

Mohammad AlZaabi founded the “Mohammad Ahmad al Zaabi Advocates & Legal Consultants” firm in Abu Dhabi back in 2001.

In addition to his role as founding partner of the firm in Abu Dhabi, Mohammad was also acting as Director of International Relations at the Ministry of Labor in Abu Dhabi between 2004 and 2006, and as Director of Labor Relations (Disputes Department) also at the Ministry of Labor between 2006 and 2009.

MohammAd represented the Ministry of Labor in several regional and international labor related conferences, including the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva.

He participated in the drafting of several laws, including the Labor Law and its Executive Regulations, the Camel Racing Law and the Human Trafficking Law.

Education

Arab Beirut University, Master of Laws in Private and Business Law, with a thesis titled “Rules and Procedures of the Dubai International Arbitration Center”, 2004.
