Cristina is the Head of Internationalisation of the Milan Eptalex office of Jglegal. She has experience in assisting industrial and commercial companies with the implementation of joint ventures and business partnerships (including the negotiation and drafting of shareholders agreements, letters of intent and other types of collaboration agreements: e.g. distribution, agency and supply agreements). Cristina further advises foreign and local clients in structuring commercial and corporate projects at international level.
Cristina has contributed to several publications on internationalisation for Ipsoa, including investment e-books on India, Qatar, Uruguay, Peru, South Africa published by IPSOA-Gruppo Wolters Kluwer.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid (Spain) since 2000 and during her stay in London (from 2006 to 2007) she successfully passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test in order to qualify as English solicitor.
