A receptionist is needed at our office in Beirut. The job consists of greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner and answering/making phone calls, notifying company personnel of visitor arrival, and assisting in the daily administrative activity of the firm when necessary.
Skills & Requirements
– Fluent in written and spoken Arabic, English and French.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Exceptional Telephone Manner
– Good general administrative skills
– Good command of Microsoft Office package
– Attachment to personal appearance, pleasant and smiling person
