Experience

Steeve joined Eptalex in 2019, handles different ranges of disputes some of which are commercial, civil and criminal law. He is proficient in advising clients, analyzing their case problems, formulates an effective strategy and a Road Map for each case, submits proposals and scope of work, interprets laws, has a good understanding of international conventions and regulations and assesses findings.
Steeve leads the department devoted to support our Multinational clients, in expanding their businesses in the KSA and GCC as follows:

● Setting up the adequate legal structure based on the new regulations issued by the Saudi’s government and conventions related to the GCC members.
● Choosing the companies’ type that best fits their needs founded on the Taxations treaties and applicable laws.
● Drafting and revising agreements in line with the KSA and GCC Laws, according to legal research, due diligence, negotiating, and elaborating strategies that allow the client to manage successful companies.
● Drafting legal studies corresponding to the strategies and structures covering the activities the clients intend to conduct in the KSA in light of the Saudization requirements, applicable Saudi law and restrictions.

His expertise also includes, the fundamental principles of the arbitration process starting from drafting the arbitration agreement, appointment of arbitrators’, commencement of the arbitration hearings, (meetings, timetable, submissions, experts), reaching the powers of the court and its legal impact on the essentials of an enforceable Award.
Steeve has writing and analytical legal skills which have been proven by many well-researched and persuasive briefs, motions and arguments produced.
Long-practice in Courts procedures & techniques, remaining calm in critical situations.
Ability to maintain confidential client information, honesty and integrity in any situation. Thrives towards providing the best customer service methods.
Steeve Coordinates with Eptalex UAE Team and many other correspondent International Law Firms, in order to assist and represent our multinational clients in the MENA:
Drafting contracts, Legal opinions, Disputes and Litigation cases interpreted under diverse applicable Laws, such as UAE Laws and many other Arabic and European Laws.
Understanding court procedures, rules and regulations, and assessing findings.
Steeve is able to process large volumes of information swiftly and has a strong sense of organization and is extremely systematic in his due diligence and outshines the prosecution.
He attended many corporate complex meetings, he is expert in negotiation and has excellent communication skills.
He Assisted a medical international company, by establishing a RHQ in the KSA and leading the communication with the Ministry of Investments based on an adequate legal strategy and structure, which correspond to the client’s activities.
He Assisted a Regional Financial Technology provider having its headquarters in the
GCC (KSA, Bahrain, and Kuwait etc.), by leading their meetings with CMA and MOC, submitting the required applications, issuing Sama’s approval and MISA’s license, in addition to the incorporation of a JSC in Riyadh.

Steeve joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2012 and he is a member of the Legal Aid Committee offering pro bono legal services to the needy and underprivileged people.
